Asset management solution provider and wholly owned subsidiary of Lufthansa Technik, flydocs, has signed a five-year agreement to digitalise and streamline the records and asset management of Avianca’s fleet of over 140 aircraft.
The deal complements the airline’s existing partnerships with flydocs’ Digital Tech Ops Ecosystem partners AMOS, the leading maintenance and engineering (M&E) software and AVIATAR, a standalone platform for data-driven digital products and services.
By adopting all three core solutions within Lufthansa Technik’s Digital Tech Ops Ecosystem, Avianca will benefit from comprehensive data coverage along the entire value stream in technical operations.
These three entities operate independently but work together to integrate their modular solutions, using a customer-focused and collaborative approach.
With the decision to adopt flydocs’ digital records management software alongside AMOS and AVIATAR, Avianca is now the first airline in the Americas leveraging Lufthansa Technik’s comprehensive digital ecosystem suite.
