MRO provider AMAC Aerospace has redelivered two Airbus A319s after completing 12-year maintenance inspections.
AMAC Aerospace says the checks were completed in late October 2024 at its hangars in Basel, Switzerland.
Alongside the 12-year inspections, the nose wheel of one of the aircraft was replaced and its fuel tanks were cleaned of contamination before being redelivered to the long-term customer.
On the second A319, AMAC Aerospace’s team also conducted a registration change and sent the engine for a shop visit.
AMAC Aerospace reports that the customer was satisfied with the work and the aircraft was returned to service on time and on budget.
