Lynden Air Cargo enhances employee training with new platform

Lynden Air Cargo has announced it is adopting a cutting-edge platform to revolutionise its training processes, bolster regulatory compliance, and enhance workforce qualifications.

Lynden Air Cargo says its decision to adopt the Qualtero TQMS (Training and Qualification Management System) reflects its dedication to innovation and proactive approach to meeting the dynamic needs of the global air freight industry.

Qualtero TQMS will streamline and enhance training, ensuring employees have the most up-to-date knowledge and skills.

Yuval Sive, vice president of business development at Qualtero, said: “We’re excited to welcome Lynden Air Cargo to the Qualtero family and to support their journey in achieving even greater operational success. Our TQMS platform is built to empower organisations with the tools they need to enhance training efficiency and ensure consistent excellence.”

Lynden Air Cargo carries materials and supplies to remote and challenging destinations in the Alaskan Bush and beyond and has been called upon to fly relief missions for some of the world’s most devastating disasters.

Its fleet of L-382 Hercules aircraft transports everything from groceries to cars within Alaska through scheduled weekly services and oversized cargo worldwide through on-demand charter service flights.

Lynden Air Cargo is part of the Lynden family of companies that provide transportation and logistics solutions in Alaska, Canada, the Pacific Northwest, Hawaii, and worldwide.
