The AAG Apprenticeship Programme has a strong track record of producing award-winning graduates at both national and international levels. Many alumni have progressed into senior roles within AAG and across the global aviation industry.

The four-year programme blends practical, on-the-job training with structured technical education, covering essential topics such as engineering fundamentals, aircraft structures and sheet metal repair, avionics and electrical systems, and jet engines and aerodynamics.

Graduates emerge with highly sought-after qualifications, opening doors to dynamic career opportunities both in Ireland and worldwide.
