Aviation support equipment and services provider RH Aero Systems is set to significantly expand its footprint in the Middle East with a new 2,800 sqm facility in Dubai South’s Mohammed Bin Rashid Aerospace Hub (MBRAH).
The state-of-the-art facility, expected to be fully operational in 2025, will serve as a central hub for ground support equipment (GSE) and tooling services, consolidating the expertise of HYDRO and Rhinestahl under one roof.
The investment reinforces RH Aero Systems’ commitment to providing localised, efficient, and seamless support to airlines, MROs, and OEMs in the region.

Advancing aviation maintenance with next-generation engine handling solutions
Alongside its Middle East expansion, RH Aero Systems has also unveiled an improved solution for handling, removal, and installation of Rolls-Royce Trent XWB engines, designed in collaboration with Rolls-Royce and SWISS Technik Division. The enhanced XWB Split Engine Stand features redesigned guiding cones for faster and more precise alignment, reducing maintenance time and enhancing safety.
Additionally, RH Aero Systems has introduced new adaptors between the engine transportation stand and the COBRA Universal Engine Change System, further streamlining engine removal and installation.

It’s crucial for us, that operators experience continuous improvements in their workflows when using our equipment.”
Strengthening global support for LEAP engines
RH Aero Systems has also announced it is enhancing its global service network, integrating 26 OEM-certified service centres to provide specialised support for CFM LEAP engines. This strategic expansion supports the growing fleet of Airbus A320, Boeing 737, and COMAC C919 aircraft, ensuring optimised tooling availability and compliance with CFM’s exacting standards.
Following a renewed 10-year certification as a CFM LEAP Certified Supplier, RH Aero Systems’ global infrastructure now offers precision maintenance, inventory management, and rapid servicing near major aviation hubs.

Strategic industry partnership for MRO excellence
In line with its commitment to strengthening MRO capabilities worldwide, RH Aero Systems has also entered into a strategic agreement with UAMCO, an advanced MRO facility for CFM LEAP engines, in collaboration with GE Aerospace. RH Aero Systems will provide UAMCO with OEM-aligned tooling solutions, lifecycle management support, and advanced training, ensuring seamless operations and compliance.
