GAMIT has signed a multi-year agreement to digitise and manage Transavia France’s technical records using its advanced ROAM (Records Online Asset Management) solution.
The ROAM platform will enable Transavia France to streamline the management of its fleet’s technical documentation, improving operational efficiency and ensuring airworthiness compliance with greater ease.
With ROAM’s features and seamless integrations, the low-cost airline of the Air France-KLM Group will be able to optimise manpower and support continuous improvement initiatives, taking another step towards modernising its operations.
Sylvain Fagot, senior vice president of fleet, engineering and maintenance at Transavia France, said: “We are excited to have partnered with GAMIT. We were in search of a comprehensive records management solution, and their platform, ROAM, seems to perfectly meet our expectations. It will enable us to digitise all our records and, more importantly, meet the specific needs of phasing out our 737 fleet.”
Chris Leese-Wood, chief operating officer of GAMIT, an AMAC Aerospace company, said: “We are incredibly proud to have been selected and trusted by Transavia France as its provider for technical records management software. Transavia is a highly forward-thinking airline and we look forward to supporting its operations as a trusted and strategic partner.”
The announcement was made during Aviation Week’s MRO Europe 2024 event in Barcelona.
