Asia Digital Engineering (ADE) and Revima have entered into a strategic collaboration to further enhance ADE’s cutting-edge digital fleet management platform, ELEVADE™, by integrating Revima’s advanced APU predictive maintenance tool, PREDICARE.
APU MRO provider Revima currently supports over 250 aircraft worldwide through PREDICARE. This real-time predictive maintenance system enables proactive troubleshooting and solutions to reduce aircraft downtime while improving overall fleet reliability.
ELEVADE™, an innovative and comprehensive digital platform designed for the airline and MRO sectors, is the first of its kind in Asia. The platform consolidates key operational functions, such as fleet management, aircraft health monitoring, and workforce optimisation, to streamline maintenance and engineering processes. Built on three core pillars Fleet, People, and the upcoming Material – ELEVADE™ monitors more than 200 aircraft and manages 3,000 personnel across the ASEAN region. In addition, three other Asian airlines are currently conducting trials to experience the platform’s benefits firsthand.
This partnership aims to seamlessly integrate Revima’s PREDICARE system into ADE’s ELEVADE™ platform, creating an all-in-one solution that enables airlines to manage predictive maintenance across multiple aircraft systems. The enhanced platform will significantly boost operational efficiency and offer improved oversight for airline operators.
A key component of the collaboration involves testing the PREDICARE system with ADE’s primary airline customer, AirAsia, across a fleet of A320 aircraft. Upon the successful completion of the trial phase, the solution will be rolled out globally to all airline customers using the ELEVADE™ platform, expanding ADE’s suite of digital services.
