Captain injured on bird strike – Flair B737-8 MAX emergency return to Toronto

Flair Airlines Boeing B737-8 MAX performing flight from Toronto YYZ to Winnipeg was on the initial climb when the pilots declared PAN-PAN reporting a bird had impacted and penetrated the front left windshield which had caused injuries to the Captain. The glass was all shattered and pilots requested to return immediately.
