Charter airline, CAMEX Airlines, has received its first widebody aircraft from ATSG-owned lessor Airborne Global Leasing.
The Boeing 767-300 converted freighter joins the Tbilisi-based airline’s fleet of three narrowbody Boeing 737-800 BCFs.
Sharing the news on social media platform LinkedIn, Shako Seturidze, chief operations officer at CAMEX Airlines, said: “We are extremely proud and happy to receive our first widebody aircraft and I want to personally thank Air Transport Services Group, Inc. and its incredible staff for the opportunity and great team effort, also, team CAMEX Airlines and especially Levan Eloshvili for the dedication, time and inestimable work that he has done throughout these months.”
The airline has also shared that it is set to receive its second 767 unit in the first quarter of 2025.
