Aviation Business News’ inaugural Best Places To Work In Aviation winners announced

Aviation Business News (ABN), the specialist aviation industry publisher, has revealed the winners of its first-ever Best Places To Work In Aviation annual awards.

Throughout this year, businesses that operate in the aviation sector were invited to register to take part in the awards and bid to become a best place to work.

Conducted independently by Workforce Research Group, confidential employer and employee surveys were carried out to assess what staff think of their employer.

This looked at factors like employee retention, benefits, training, and culture and each company was given an overall score based on the results.

Only companies that scored above a threshold have been officially named Best Places To Work In Aviation.

The winners were announced on October 8, the first day of the 2024 World Aviation Festival in Amsterdam, where ABN will host a celebratory event to mark their achievements.
