General sales agent (GSA) Global GSA Group has appointed Zafer Aggunduz as its chief commercial officer to oversee the company’s global commercial strategy.
Aggunduz will focus on building long-term key partnerships, optimising commercial strategies, and identifying new market opportunities while leading digital transformation initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Aggunduz’s joined Global GSA Group in 2011 as an intern to complete his thesis. This early experience ignited his passion for the air cargo industry.
